Cancellation Policy

ROAR CITY GROUNDS COURSE POLICY By registering for any Roar City Grounds (RCG) programme, you agree to the following terms: A. Registration & Payment - Full payment is required to confirm your registration. - Course fees are non-refundable unless approved by RCG under exceptional and unforeseen circumstances. B. Minimum Enrollment - A minimum of 5 participants is required for a course to commence. - If the minimum enrollment is not met, RCG reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course. - In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or may transfer their payment to the next available intake. C. Attendance - Participants are responsible for attending all registered classes. - Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. - Make-up classes are not guaranteed. RCG may offer an alternative arrangement at its discretion. - If RCG cancels a class, a replacement class or substitute instructor will be provided where possible. D. Health & Responsibility - Dance is a physical activity. Participants attend and participate at their own risk. - Participants are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. - Please inform your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before class. E. Photography & Media - Photos and videos may be taken during classes and events for educational, promotional, archival, and marketing purposes. - By participating, you consent to the use of such media unless you inform RCG otherwise before the session. F. Community Values - RCG is NOT A dance school—it's a community. We ask every participant to: 1. Respect fellow members, instructors, and guests. 2. Respect the culture and values of Krump. 3. Contribute positively to the learning environment. 4. Support a safe, inclusive, and respectful community. RCG reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the learning environment or is inconsistent with the values of the community. No refunds will be provided in such cases. G. Changes RCG reserves the right to amend schedules, venues, instructors, or course content where necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes as early as possible.
